What to know before an open-air concert

On summer evenings in North Cyprus, music happens outdoors: in harbours, on beaches, in castle courtyards and ancient theatres. A few tips to make your concert night go smoothly.

Arrive early

Doors usually open an hour before the show. Arriving early helps you get a good spot at standing concerts and avoid parking and entrance queues at seated ones.

Your ticket is on your phone

Biletcik tickets come with a QR code, found in your email and under "My tickets" in your account. At the entrance, turn up your screen brightness and show the QR code. In group bookings, every person has their own QR code.

What to bring

• A light jacket or shawl — evenings by the sea can be cool.
• Mosquito repellent and water.
• A small cushion for the stone steps of ancient theatres.
