How do I sell tickets for my event on Biletcik?
Fill in the application form on the "For business" page. Once our team reviews and approves it, you log in to your business panel and create your own events, sessions and ticket types. Your events go live after a short review.
What does it cost to use Biletcik?
There are no set-up or monthly fees; we only charge a commission on tickets sold. The rate depends on your business and event type and is set out in your business agreement. Contact us for details.
How do I check tickets at the door?
Your door staff scan QR codes with their phone camera. If the same ticket is scanned twice, a warning is shown. Even if the internet connection drops, scanning continues offline and syncs when the connection returns.
How do I track my sales revenue?
In your business panel you can see sales, occupancy per session, commission and net earnings in real time, and download reports as CSV. Payouts are made to your registered IBAN after commission is deducted.
