Buying tickets on Biletcik: a step-by-step guide

Biletcik is designed to be the easiest way to buy tickets for concerts, theatre, cinema, festivals and experiences in North Cyprus. Here is how to get your ticket in a few minutes.
1. Find the event
Use the search on the home page or narrow the list with category, city and date filters. Every event page includes venue details, the programme, rules and a map.
2. Choose a session and tickets
For events with several sessions, choose the date and time, then select the ticket type and quantity. In venues with numbered seating, you can pick your seat on the map.
3. Pay securely
The checkout page clearly shows the total you pay; nothing is added to the price you see. Your card details are never stored by Biletcik; payment goes through a secure payment provider.
4. Your ticket is ready
Once payment is confirmed, your ticket arrives by email and also appears under "My tickets" in your account. Every ticket has a unique QR code.
5. Show the QR code at the door
Staff at the entrance scan your QR code. A screenshot works too, but each QR code can only be used once.
Refunds and transfers
Refund and ticket transfer rules are set by the event organiser and shown on the event page. If an event is cancelled, your ticket price is refunded.
